Many people missed this recent Customer Savvy Seminar.

The MP3s, about 6 hours, 2 hours each, are available for a limited time. Auditors and active participants paid from $97-$245 for the session. You can hear the whole thing for $67. MP3 is for listening on your computer or your iPod or WalkMan type gizmo. You can burn your own CDs too.

That's it for public seminars on building a customer base for this year.

I have done little editing, so you're hearing what the live group heard, including many hilarious and bumpy script doctoring sessions. And some strategies that are working in this very skeptical "recession-minded" marketplace.
